- Commission new original pieces by composers with emphasis on saxophone
- Fund clinicians to host workshops/concerts
- Fund recordings pertaining (but not exclusive) to classical saxophone
- Provide college scholarships to outstanding high school students
- Financially support membership with travel expenses (entrance fees, air-fares, lodging, etc.) for education trips
